We have many ways for you to get involved, please give us a call and we can meet with you to talk about the opportunities.

Here are a few idea of how you can get involved:

• Facilitating a Family Support Group,
• baby sitting at the Centre for clients in counselling
• Host fundraising event, such as a Baby Shower 
• Practical Helps Room organizer
• Office support: answering phones and light paper work
• Cleaning the office: vacuuming, dusting, tidying up
• Community representative: hanging posters, handing out info cards, getting the word out
• Community liaison for the Formula 4 Hope Campaign
