Pre-Authorized Chequing
What is it?
An efficient way to make regular donations to Options Pregnancy Centre. Your monthly donations will be automatically paid through your bank account. This plan is used by chartered banks, trust companies, and credit unions.
Benefits
- Eliminates the time & trouble of writing monthly cheques.
- Maintains a regular under girding of funds for the ministry of Options Pregnancy Centre.

How to begin…
Step 1:
Print the authorization below, complete it and select the day of the month you want the withdrawal to take place.
Step 2:
Provide a bank cheque clearly marked “VOID” on the account from which you would like the withdrawals to be made.
Step3:
Place the voided cheque and authorization form in a sealed envelope and mail to:

How to increase or alter my contribution?
The preauthorized chequing plan can be altered or canceled at any time following written notice from the donor to Options Pregnancy Centre. Please allow four weeks to process changes.

In addition to financial support we also have a Practical Helps Room that needs to be re-stocked on a regular basis.
Some of the items that we can use are:
