Options Pregnancy Counselling and Resource Centre is located in Victoria, B.C.. 

We are a not-for-profit and non-political organization whose concern is to provide caring, practical, factual, and professional services to the community. As an organization our outreach stems from the outflow of values rooted in love, mercy, acceptance, grace, kindness and compassion.

We are a group made up of caring professional staff, devoted volunteers, and an overseeing board of directors. 

We are committed to helping both women and men before, during, and after unplanned pregnancies. Our hope is that people would come to know us as a safe place where you can go when life takes an unexpected turn.

We offer a number of free and confidential services.

Counselling Services:

• Pregnancy tests
• Unplanned pregnancy counselling
• Post-abortion counselling for men and women
• Client Resource Advocate

Support Services:

• Mums’ & Babes’ group
• Prenatal classesPrenatal classes
• Doula services
• Baby supply Room (e.g. maternity items, baby clothes)
